At Protocol Dental Lab, we make submitting digital impressions simple, fast, and accurate. Whether you're using 3Shape®, Medit®, or Exocad®, our team ensures accurate file transfer, clear communication, and predictable results for every digital case.
Scan the case using your preferred scanner (3Shape®, Medit®, or Exocad® workflow). Verify margins, contacts, and soft tissue accuracy before exporting.
Export STL (preferred) or PLY/OBJ scan files, or send cases directly through your scanner’s lab integration. Upload supporting files such as photos, X-rays, and case notes if applicable.
Submit your case via our secure upload portal or through your scanner’s integrated lab connection. You will receive confirmation once the case is received.
Our technicians review your digital case. If clarification is required, we reach out before production starts.
